Cleaning Instructions

Balloon décor is not designed for long‑term reuse, but for items such as hired props or reusable accessories:

We offer local delivery for balloon installations and décor items across south and mid Wales, e.g. Newport, Cardiff, Swansea and surrounding regions. For custom orders such as balloon kits or accessories, we ship via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD Express, depending on size and urgency.

Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Free delivery may apply to qualifying orders over £100 depending on location.

📘 Cancellation Policy & Terms

Cancellations

All balloon décor, floral arrangements, and bespoke event pieces created by Events Balloons and Balloons are custom‑designed and made to order. Because each item is tailored specifically to your event theme, colours, and requirements, cancellations are not eligible for refunds once production has begun.

If you need to cancel your booking:

• More than 14 days before the event Your booking fee is non‑refundable, but no further balance will be due.

• Within 14 days of the event The full balance remains payable, as materials, labour, and scheduling have already been allocated to your order.

No Refunds or Exchanges

As all of our balloon designs, floral pieces, and décor items are hand‑assembled and personalised, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Clients are provided with final approval of their design before completion to ensure full satisfaction.

Once approved, the order is considered final and cannot be altered, refunded, or exchanged.

Changes to Orders

We understand that event plans can evolve. Minor adjustments may be possible if requested at least 7 days before the event, depending on material availability. Significant changes (colour palette, theme, structure type) may require a new booking and additional charges.

Hire Items – Terms of Use

For all hired props, frames, and décor:

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

• Damage, loss, or late returns may incur replacement or additional hire fees.

• Courier returns must use the pre‑paid return label and original packaging provided.

Weather & Venue Conditions

Outdoor installations are weather‑dependent. Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, and direct sunlight. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we may adjust the setup location or design to protect the integrity of your décor.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, illness, supply chain disruption), we will work with you to reschedule or provide an equivalent alternative where possible.
